Meet and Greet (RSVP by Nov. 17)
Monday, Dec. 8, 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
Christmas at the Galt House and Shopping
First things first, enjoy breakfast while hearing Trent Loos connect rural and urban American. Following the Kickoff Breakfast, the women’s first activity will be to tour the Christmas at The Galt House attractions. The sightseeing starts with the KaLightoscope Christmas Carol, a retelling of Charles Dickens’ famous tale as told through larger-than-life handcrafted luminaries, performers and 3D projection. The Meet and Greet is the perfect time to put a face to a name while meeting this year’s WNAAA officers and directors. Guests of the WNAAA will also get to enjoy a taste of Kentucky drinks. The tour will last approximately 90 minutes and end at the Mistletoe Marketplace and The Galt House’s unique boutique shops, giving you just enough time to get some shopping in before the WNAAA President’s Open House. There is no cost for the Meet and Greet, but we will need a final headcount by Nov. 17 to enjoy this spectacular event as a group. Contact Ashley Olivier at email@example.com or (318) 439-0711 to sign up.
President’s Open House

Coastal Seafood Menu, sponsored by Craft Air Services
WNAAA President Leslie Craft will host the President’s Open House in a private suite at The Galt House. Leslie’s home state of North Carolina will be showcased with a coastal seafood menu and drinks. Once again, you will be able to visit with other ladies from the association and foster what often become lifelong relationships with women who share similar experiences to yours. Sponsored by Craft Air Services.
WNAAA Athena Program
Tuesday, Dec. 9, 9:30–11:30 a.m.
Pull up a seat and power down your iPhone 6 for “Life Interrupted,” the subject of this year’s Athena Program. We’ve carved out two hours of uninterrupted time to listen to and exchange ideas on how to contend with interruptions big and small in our lives. Part professional development and part support network, the Athena Program provides WNAAA Convention attendees with helpful insight into the agricultural aviation industry. Whether you work directly in the aerial application business or serve as a source of support to someone who does, you will leave this meeting with useful information and encouragement for everyday situations.
