Certification & Recertification Requirements
The Operation S.A.F.E. Committee suggests an aircraft be pattern tested at a minimum of every 24 months or after major changes. Aircraft and pilot certification/recertification is recommended to be completed every two years based on the following in order to receive the Operation S.A.F.E. aircraft decal:

Aircraft and pilot certification/recertification is recommended to be completed every two years based on the following in order to receive the Operation S.A.F.E. aircraft decal:
A. Biennial participation in an Operation S.A.F.E. Fly-In
B. Membership in both a State/Regional and National Agricultural Aviation Association
C. Proof of successful completion of the Operation S.A.F.E. Fly-In must be certified to the NAAA office by the Operation S.A.F.E. Analyst.
