Savannah Water Ferry & Ground Transportation

Transportation between convention center & Historic District

The Westin is next to the Savannah Convention Center. The Hyatt & Marriott are on the opposite side of the river in the historic district. NAAA is providing complimentary water ferry and ground transportation between the convention center and historic district.

Please be patient as you wait for transportation. At times, there are large cargo ships that impact the water ferries. Ground transportation shuttles need time to transport from the historic district over the bridge to the island and back.

Hyatt Regency Savannah:
Ground Shuttle stop: River Street in front of the Visitor Center
Water Ferry stop: City Hall

Savannah Marriott:
Ground Shuttle stop: Across from the Waiving Girl Statue on River Street
Water Ferry stop: Waiving Girl

Please allow 45 minutes to travel from Historic Savannah to the Savannah Convention Center by water ferry. The water ferry will depart the dock at the time posted. Service interruptions may occur due to large vessel traffic. We recommend planning your trip accordingly to ensure a timely arrival.
