Live and Silent Auctions

NAAA Annual Convention & Exposition

December 8–11, 2014 ♦ Louisville, Ky.

A replica Air Tractor 502 is auctioned off at NAAA's 2010 Live Auction. The Live Auction at the NAAA Convention & Exposition continues to be one of the most popular and successful fundraisers for the Association.

When it comes to high-stakes entertainment, the intrigue, drama and excitement of NAAA’s Live Auction is hard to beat, which is why it has become one of the signature events at each convention. The Live Auction on “Convention Tuesday” is very important to NAAA and WNAAA from a fundraising standpoint, so enjoy the reception food and beverages and bring your checkbooks. Shhhh! NAAA and WNAAA also hold a Silent Auction each year. Bidding opens on Tuesday and closes on Wednesday afternoon.

The Live Auction continues to be one of the most popular and financially successful fundraisers for the Association. But NAAA could not accomplish this without the support of our many friends and allies. We are grateful to our Allied Industry, State Associations and aerial applicator supporters and challenge them to beat 2013’s historic auction tally! All auction donations, big or small, are greatly appreciated, and NAAA recognizes all donations in Association publications and on the NAAA website. The earlier you come forward, the more exposure you'll get.

Thank you to Pratt & Whitney Canada who has confirmed their contribution of a new PT6 engine for the Live Auction at the 2014 NAAA Convention & Exposition in Louisville, Ky. on Dec. 9.

Record Amount Raised at 2013 Live Auction

The 2013 NAAA Live Auction hit a new auction record. NAAA raised $522,000 to support NAAA programs and the Silent Auction raised $12,400 to support WNAAA programs. By raising $522,000 at the Live Auction, NAAA beat the 2010 Live Auction record of $460,000.

We are very thankful to all of the companies that support NAAA and WNAAA programs by donating an auction item. We very much appreciate the support of Pratt & Whitney Canada for donating a brand new PT6A-34AG Engine. There were several bidders for the engine, but Griff Malleck of Red Willow Aviation Spraying in McCook, Neb., won the bid at $410,000.

Thank You, 2014 Auction Contributors
