2024 Registration Information

Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all sessions and classes on the schedule, except for the Monday Kickoff Breakfast and Wednesday Excellence in Ag Aviation Banquet, both of which require a ticket purchase. 
  • Admission to the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Auction Reception and Wednesday Farewell Reception.
  • Entrance to the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, Nov. 19 and Wednesday, Nov. 20.
  • An attendee tote bag and keepsake expo pin. While supplies last.

  • Online registration: Log into your account and then click 2024 Ag Aviation Expo under Events. Online registration directions here.
  • Fill out this pre-registration form, save it to your computer and email it to information@agaviation.org by Oct. 18.
  • Download this pre-registration form to print and mail to the office with your payment. Mailed registration forms must be post-marked by Oct. 18, 2024.
  • Beginning Oct. 19 and onsite, base registration will cost $75 more per person! For questions, contact NAAA.

New Non-Member Registration Fee 

NAAA leadership established a policy in 2021 that to avoid a higher attendee fee, NAAA recommends NAAA membership to attend the show and save money. The non-member registration fee for the 2024 Ag Aviation Expo is $1,085. If you plan to attend this year’s Ag Aviation Expo, please join NAAA in advance to obtain the cheaper convention registration rate.

  • Monday Kickoff Breakfast ticket – $50/person
  • Wednesday Excellence in Ag Aviation Banquet ticket – $90/person
  • Flying in the Wire & Obstruction Environment Course – Complimentary; registration required.
  • NAAREF Bucking for PAASS Fundraiser on Sunday, Nov. 17 – $110/person
  • Monday Spouse Event to Billy Bob’s – $25 and includes transportation, lunch and one drink ticket. Limited to 100 attendees.
  • Day Passes – $175 for members and $380 for non-members, per day. Meant for one day ONLY attendance. You must purchase a full registration if you plan to attend more than one day.
  • Friends & Family – $50 per person. This registration is for a friend or family member joining you who is not actively working in the industry.

NAAA is pleased to continue offering a special discounted registration price this year to pilots with less than five years of experience. Qualifying pilots can attend the 2024 Ag Aviation Expo for $205 (registration deadline of Oct. 18). Price includes access to all events except the Monday Kickoff Breakfast or Wednesday Excellence in Ag Aviation Banquet; tickets for those events may be purchased separately.

To qualify for the low-time pilot registration, you must:

  1. Be an NAAA member.
  2. Be a pilot with less than five years of experience.
  3. Be sponsored by an NAAA Operator, Allied or Pilot member. Sponsorship will be verified.
  4. Attend Compaass Rose (Nov. 17) and/or the “Ask the Expert” Speed Mentoring Session (Nov. 18) at the Ag Aviation Expo. Attendance will be confirmed.
  5. Fill out and return this registration form to naaaexpo@agaviation.org by Oct. 18.

Additional Registration Details

  • Pre-Registration ends Oct. 18, 2024. 
  • NAAA Ag Aviation Expo Attendee Cancellation Policy: Refunds provided (less a $20 processing fee) if registration is purchased on or prior to Oct. 18. No refunds for registrations purchased between Oct. 19, 2024 and the start of the NAAA Ag Aviation Expo. 
  • Base Registration does NOT include tickets to the Kickoff Breakfast and Excellence in Ag Aviation Banquet; tickets can be purchased separately. There is a discount for purchasing these two tickets together. If you are purchasing those tickets, but will not attend one of the banquets, please inform the NAAA Registration desk onsite.
  • Reception Tickets: Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception tickets are included with BASE Registration. All attendees are invited to attend the Auction Reception on Tuesday evening; there are no tickets for this reception. You can purchase additional Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception tickets for a family member or friend who is not attending any other Expo events.
