NAAA has a new booth purchase system for 2024 and you’ll be required to log into your account on the NAAA website (upper right hand corner). Please test your log in before July 11 and contact NAAA if you need assistance.

Booth sales for 10×10 and 10×20 space begin in July 11 at 12 p.m. ET. Large Booths (10×30+ Booths) can be booked in advance by emailing Lindsay Barber.

Maximize your opportunities and increase ROI by exhibiting at the world’s largest ag aviation exposition with an expected 1,500+ aerial application operators, ag pilots and other attendees directly related to the agricultural aviation industry. According to the past NAAA Ag Aviation Expo surveys, nearly three quarters of attendees stated that they spend the entire allotted time – seven to twelve hours – on the trade show floor.

Booth Sizes: Booths are 10’x10’. Larger booths are combinations of 10’x10’ spaces. Islands are 20’x20’ or larger.

Booth Personnel Badges: You receive four (4) booth personnel badges (per 10’x10’ booth and per aircraft) included in your exhibitor package. For example, if you purchase a 10’x20′, you will receive eight (8) booth personnel badges. Booth personnel receive tickets to the Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception; everyone is invited to the Live Auction Reception. Tickets to the Monday Kickoff Breakfast ($50) and Wednesday Excellence in Ag Aviation Banquet ($90) can be purchased individually.

  • July 11 for 10’x10′ and 10’x20′ booth sales begin. This is an interactive booth purchase system.
  • 2024 Ag Aviation Expo Terms and Conditions. Cancellation Policy: An exhibitor may cancel/withdraw from the show under the following conditions and restrictions: Exhibitor shall give NAAA written notice of intention to cancel/withdraw all or part of contracted exhibit space. Prior to Sept. 18, 2024, the cancellation fee of 25% of the total booth rental will be retained by NAAA. After Sept. 18, 2024, no refund will be made.
  • ​​NAAA pre-sells the following booth space: aircraft (and dealers), diamond and platinum sponsors, island spaces and 10’x30′ or larger.
  • Included in your booth purchase are four booth personnel badges per 10’x10′ and aircraft space, piping and draping, ID sign with your company name and a wastebasket. (Booth personnel receive access to everything but the Monday Kickoff Breakfast and Wednesday Excellence in Ag Aviation Banquet; tickets can be purchased individually for those events.)
  • Additional booth personnel registrations are available for $125 each. It is recommended that you purchase additional booth personnel in advance of the show. 
  • The NAAA Trade Show will take place at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Other events, including sessions and meal events will take place at the convention center or Omni.
  • Companies that purchase booth space after Sept. 12 will not appear in the print program due to the print schedule of the program. All companies will appear on the NAAA Expo App.
