8 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Flying in the Wire and Obstruction Environment Course This course is acclaimed by professional airplane and helicopter operators worldwide. It gives low-level aviators the essential skills needed to safely operate an aircraft in wire and obstruction environments. This course is for both aircraft and helicopter pilots. Learn how to identify signs of wires and why ag aviators hit wires they already knew were there. This course may very well save your life – don’t miss it. More details coming this summer. |
1:15 – 5 p.m. | Turning an Ag Airplane Safely Course Fran de Kock of Battlefords Airspray in Canada will teach Turning an Ag Airplane Safely Course, which will cover in detail how to safely turn a fixed-wing ag aircraft.
