- Material Handling on pg. 28. Please price out your best option. For example, if a 10×10 exhibitor is sending more than 340 pounds of advanced freight, it makes more sense to pay the flat fee price rather than the per-pound fee.
- Shipping details begin on pg. 29. Advance Shipment receiving is Oct. 11 through Nov. 5; see page 34.
- Exhibit Hall is NOT carpeted. You are NOT required to carpet your booth.
- Show Colors: Drape is blue, and the aisle carpet is grey.

T3 Expo Cancellation:
There is a 25% cancellation fee for any items that are cancelled more than 21 days prior to the first day of move-in. There is a 50% cancellation fee for all items that are cancelled 7-21 days prior to the first day of move-in and 100% cancellation fee for any items that are cancelled less than (7) days prior to the first day of exhibitor move-in.
