After a long-awaited return, the ag aviation community will reunite in Savannah for the 2026 Ag Aviation Expo, Nov. 16-18, with its cobblestone streets, historic squares, riverfront energy, and welcoming spirit.

Last week NAAA submitted comments to the EPA on its draft fungicide strategy. The strategies (herbicide, insecticide, and now fungicide) are EPA’s blueprints detailing how they will assess the risk of pesticides to endangered species and their critical habitats during the registration of new pesticides and when older pesticides get reviewed.
In July, NAAA staff attended the FieldWatch board meeting held in Arlington, VA. FieldWatch is the non-profit company created to help applicators locate and identify sensitive areas and communicate with specialty crop growers and beekeepers.
NAAA joined a coalition of aviation organizations in a letter last week to the FAA expressing concerns about the agency’s forthcoming Part 108 rule governing beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) drone operations.
