Target audience: ACGI Membership Managers and Administrators
ACGI has built in functionality to send membership renewal notices to individuals and company administrators.
- Prepare the message
- Create an ECM message
- Create an ECM Action
- Note the available substitution variables which begin with MEM_ORDER which may be included
- Send the message
- Navigate to Reporting->Accounting->Send Email for Outstanding Invoices
- Enter the appropriate dates
- If sending company membership renewals, check the Company Administrator Option
- Check Membership for Product Area
- Click Search Invoices
- Select the ECM Action
- Click View Recipients for Selection
- Review the list and ensure only the desired records are checked
- Click Send Email to Selected Recipients
- Note the messages will be queued within a few minutes
