Reminder: Westin Hotel Room Cancellation Date Approaching for Ag Aviation Expo

If you have reserved a room at the Westin for the Ag Aviation Expo, Nov. 16–18, please take a moment to review the hotel’s cancellation policy and cancel rooms that you do not need.

Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 5 p.m. on October 9, 2026. If a cancellation is received after October 9, 2026, the guest will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s room revenue and tax.

In the past, NAAA has incurred attrition penalties when attendees and exhibitors reserved multiple rooms and released them shortly before the Expo, leaving unfilled rooms at the hotel. Your help in managing room reservations helps us minimize these costs and keep the NAAA hotel block available for those who need accommodations.
