NAAA Ag Aviation Expo Hotel Room Block Open

June 11, 2026 | April 2, 2026 | March 26, 2026

The NAAA hotel room block is now open for the 2026 Ag Aviation Expo in Savannah. Convention events will take place at the Savannah Convention Center, with a few at the Westin, next door to the center.

Attendees, PLEASE stay in the NAAA room block. We get the best hotel room rates for our attendees, and if the NAAA hotel block is not filled, we cannot offer great rates for future years!

As you plan your Savannah trip, please note that the Flying in the Wire & Obstruction Environment Course will take place on Sunday, Nov. 15, beginning at 9 a.m. Attendee registration will open in July.

Booking Link & Phone Number

All 2026 Ag Aviation Expo housing arrangements are being handled by the Visit Savannah housing office. Please do not call the hotels directly; only book here and book your room by the deadlines listed below for each hotel. You can also call the housing bureau at (912) 644-6465 (reservations are taken 9 a.m.–4 p.m. ET). If you have challenges reserving in the NAAA room block, please email your arrival and departure dates to NAAA, and we will assist in booking your hotel room.

Hotel Room Rates and Booking Deadlines

All room rates below are single/double occupancy and do not include taxes and tourism fees.

  • Westin Savannah Harbor: $195/night + taxes (block deadline is Oct. 23 by 4 p.m. ET) – Please note the cancellation policy above.
    • Westin Cancellation Policy (available for arrival on Sunday): In the past, NAAA has had issues with attendees and exhibitors who book several rooms and release them right before the expo, resulting in NAAA paying attrition penalties. To minimize this issue, please review the Westin’s cancellation policy and do not book more rooms than you need: All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 5 p.m. on October 9, 2026. If a cancellation is received after October 9, 2026, the guest will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s room revenue and tax.
  • Hyatt Regency Savannah (available for arrival on Sunday): $175/night + taxes (block deadline is Oct. 23 by 4 p.m. ET)
  • Savannah Marriott Riverfront: $190/night + taxes (block deadline is Oct. 20 by 4 p.m. ET)

The Savannah Convention Center and the Westin Savannah Harbor are on the same side of the river. The Hyatt and Marriott are on the other side, along with the main shopping, tourist and entertainment areas.

Getting across the river is quick and easy thanks to the free ferry service that will transport attendees back and forth throughout the day and evening. The Savannah Belles Ferry provides water transportation from the Hyatt and the Marriott to the convention center and Westin hotel. The trip takes 10-15 minutes, and ferry service will be continuous during the annual convention events.
